But that's not all: you also need to explore a huge map, full of different secrets and missions.
The incredible depth of content is what makes Heroes 3 stand out from other games in the genre. It not only includes fantastic local promotions for casual or multiplayer players, but each click of the mouse offers an exciting, predictable or unexpected way.
Discovering a map has become a routine adventure process. Every discovery is an opportunity to improve your army or hero. Sources increase their strength in future battles, an underground tunnel hides the mines you can conquer to get a good complete mission, explore unknown territory, collect sweeps across the map, it's fun, it's not a task!
Combat mechanics are easy to understand, but contain many variables that make you addicted. For example, each camp has its own rules and each enemy unit has special capabilities. Shortcuts also disappear for no reason. In complex strategy games, like Heroes of Might and Magic 3, the shortcut keys are very useful, as they allow you to speed up or simplify the process of management, exploration or combat. Losing that is as bad as expanding.
